Varasi Salesforce Project Themes
  1. The first one is where the customer sees Salesforce as a strategic investment and they are looking for a roadmap to enable a transformation journey that they are taking up on Salesforce, they are looking for a roadmap and a partner who can implement and be a co-pilot for enabling the road map.
  1. The second theme is closely related to the first. This is where again the customer sees the Salesforce investment as a strategic one; it may have gotten started with one or two products with Salesforce. They are now evaluating additional products and offers from Salesforce coming from acquisitions that Salesforce is making or the innovations that Salesforce is making. They are likely asking us how these products from Salesforce are relevant to their operations, business, and strategy. 
  1. The third flavour of projects that we find ourselves doing is where the customer might have a mature Salesforce instance and they are looking for enhancements. They are looking for customizations, and integrations around their Salesforce setup. 
  1. The last theme is one where the customer steps back and is looking to reset their Salesforce implementation. They are not finding the results and the adoption levels that they were looking for and secondly, it could be because their own business has evolved, their business model has evolved.  They could be selling additional products, and services, selling through additional channels and so on.  These could all be reasons why they could be coming to us saying tell us what we should be doing differently with ourselves for setup.
