Price vs Value

Saw this quote by Buffet while reading on the topic of Value. “Price is what you pay, value is what you get”.

Value is thus the perceived benefit, how you ‘feel’ that determines value you associate with a product or service. The human emotions of delight, satisfaction, esteem, perception of functional aspects like performance, reliability , convenience, sense of pride, security all weigh in.

Ask yourself .. what is the human emotion you are intending to invoke among customers, with your offerings ?
